Have more than one version of the AdminServer Service set to be started automatic
AdminService using defaut configuration

CAUSE:
There is a conflict between the AdminServer Services trying to use the same port number
FIX:
Change the port number of one of the AdminServer to use a different port.
To change the port number use solution 18919, "How to change the port the AdminServer is running on to allow more than one AdminServer to run at the same time ?"
