FIX:
If you have multiply versions installed on one system, to check which version webspeed messenger was copied from, compare the file size of the messenger executable in webserver's scripts or cgi-bin directory to the same messenger executable in %dlc%\bin or $DLC/bin directory. If they are the same size, then the messenger is copied from this version.
