CAUSE:
When Tugboat software was developing the Roundtable TSMS plugins for OpenEdge Architect 10.1B there was a communication failure that resulted in their building the plugins on Java Version 1.5.1 while Architect was built on Java Version 1.5.1.
This resulted in causing the plugin features not to be available after installing them in OpenEdge Architect.
FIX:
To see the Roundtable TSMS plugin features in OpenEdge Architect 10.1B you must install Java Version 1.5.1 independently of the Architect installation and point the shortcut which starts Architect to that installation.
