CAUSE:
In 10.1A a constructor with nine arguments was added to DataTableMetaData.cs. It is suspected, since the customer had installed/uninstalled 10.1A at some point in the past, that he overwrote the o4glrt.jar with one from 10.1A.
FIX:
Compare the o4glrt.jar from the 10.0B installation with one from another installation of the same Progress release. If they do not match replace the corrupt o4glrt.jar with the good one.
