When a dataset and temp-table definitions are put in include files, the Code To Model dialog only show the definitions found in the first include file.

This does not happen in 10.1B03 and lower.

CAUSE:
Bug# OE00172148
FIX:
A Workaround is to create the diagrams and relations in a lower version and import in 10.1C.
