INPUT/OUTPUT operations are not allowed with RAW, ROWID, MEMPTR, BLOB, CLOB or LONGCHAR type variables. (11382)
FACT(s) (Environment):
Calling a OpenEdge Webservice from OpenEdge
All Supported Operating Systems
OpenEdge 10.x
CAUSE:
AppServer settings weren't pointing to the correct AppServer
FIX:
Disable the WebService and change the AppServer properties to access the correct one
