ODBC error using -RO (read only) option
[INTERSOLV][ODBC PROGRESS driver]PROGRESS error returned with no
associated message: RC =-1, SQLCODE= -1, SQLSTATE="".
CAUSE:
The exact cause is unknown at the time of this writing.
FIX:
Make a copy of the STARTUP.PF file, and add -RO to it.
Add the Environment variable PROSTART to the System variables on the NT to point to this new Prostart.
When the Broker connects, it will pass these variables through.
