prowcap file already exists in temporary directory
prowcap file in temporary directory is read-only
FACT(s) (Environment):
WebClient installation performed successfully
WebClient application is already installed
OpenEdge 10.x

CAUSE:
The WebClient initializer cannot make a new copy of the prowcap file in the temporary directory.
FIX:
Delete the existing prowcap file in the temporary directory.
