FACT(s) (Environment):
Error occurs regardless of who runs the command.

CAUSE:
Using wrong binary version of the ProInventory tool for the platform that the information is being collected on.
FIX:
Use the version of the ProInventory tool that is compatible for the version of OpenEdge that is running on that machine.
