Error 1078 on starting Report Builder.
Error 1078 when starting Report Builder.
Some customers have reported getting an error 1078
when attempting to start Report Builder for the
first time. One of the causes for this error is
that Report Builder cannot find the winsock.dll
file. If you find a winsock.old file on your machine
instead of a winsock.dll, renaming this file to
winsock.dll may help in getting rid of Error 1078.
This has worked for some customers, but may or may
not help others.
