CAUSE:
The position of the AB stored in the registry makes the window to be out of the AppBuilder Designer view.
FIX:
The AppBuilder window position is stored in registry at:
HCU\Software\PSC\Progress\10.1X\ProAB\ABMainLocation
Set the value to this registry key to 81,1 and restart OpenEdge Runtime
