CAUSE:
Bug# OE00171764
CAUSE:
AdminServer is not releasing file handles after polling the various log files.
FIX:
Upgrade to OpenEdge 10.1C04 or 10.2A01.
As a work around, disable log file monitors. To slow down the accumulation of file handles, try increasing the time between polls.
