Not Enough Global Memory Error when starting Report Builder.
Some customers have reported a non-Progress error,
"Not Enough Global Memory" when starting Report
Builder Version 8.2C. Reinstalling the Network
Drivers and Service Pack 3 may help getting rid of
the error in certain circumstances. This has worked
for some customers, but may or may not work for
others.
