RECID function does not commit transactions when using schema holder created in 10.1B or 10.1B03 and 10.1C clients
FACT(s) (Environment):
If program A writes update using RECID function, and program A calls program B, B tries to refind the record, the record update is not there
Only happens when schema holder is created in 10.1B
Does not happen when schema holder is created in 10.1B0309 and above Hotfix or 10.1C and above
