Errors 5291 and 8619 trying to start a secondary login broker
You have attempted to connect to a database with too many users connected to it. Retry the connection later, or increase -n on the server. (5291)

** This process terminated with exit code 2. (8619)
FACT(s) (Environment):
No remote clients connected to the database
Primary Login Broker is running fine
Primary Login Broker has being started much earlier
All Supported Operating Systems
Progress 9.x
OpenEdge 10.x
CAUSE:
Not enough -n and or -Mn values to start the new secondary login broker.
FIX:
Increase value for -n and or -Mn on the primary login broker. See solution P7843, " How to configure a secondary SQL-92 Broker for Progress 9.1D and above" for more details.
