SYMPTOM(s):
promon does not show information about remote servers
Only primary login broker data are available
Remote clients are connected to a database
No user connection info can be seen in promon under remote servers menu
ABL code using _Connect does not show any data either

CAUSE:
The exact cause is unknown at the time of this writing (most probably corrupted or not fully populated VSTs').
FIX:
Stop the database, back it up and run "proutil dbname -C updatevst".
