SYMPTOM(s):
Prostrct addonline fails, but database thinks the extents exist.
prostrct dbname addonline fails.
Prostrct remove online isn't available.
Prostrct builddb is off line only.
FACT(s) (Environment):
OpenEdge 10.x
CAUSE:
Prostcrt addonlie modifies the .db file to show the new extents, even if it fails.
FIX:
Shut down the database & do a prostrct dbname builddb off line.
