s/e 1016 during Protoora
System error 1016 during protoora may be caused when you have filled
in a full path to the original database. You may have done this
because your Progress icon does not have the working directory set
to the directory in which your database resides.
How to avoid this:
Specify only the name of the original database if you have started a
server for it. Progress will be able to find it based on the
-S -N -H connection parameters specified for it.
If you are connecting single user to the original database, then you
will have to be sure that your Progress icon has the working directory
set to the directory in which your original database actually resides.
You can then specify simply the database name (no path).
