FIX:
The -scan parameter is a proutil -C dbanalys parameter.
The purpose of the -scan parameter is to instruct dbanalys to use minimal locking for the chain analysis part.
This may cause the chain report to be incomplete, but it will avoid turning on table locks (which then avoids the lkTableLockUpdate error).
