OE Architect: Outline view looses ADM2 local override procedures listing.
Procedure overrides disappear from the Outline view on the insertion of any characters in the code of a SmartWindow.
Internal procedures/functions may disappear from the Outline view while editing, if a corresponding procedure/function prototype exists in an include file.
