SYMPTOM(s):
OE Architect: "Open Declaration (F3)" option is disabled when expanding the include tree.
When the Outline View button "Expand include file contents within the Outline of the current file" is clicked, the "Open Declaration (F3)" option of the Editor View context menu is disabled.
