customer is using a Windows pc that does not meet the minimum system requirements for EasyAsk
FIX:
Upgrade to a pc with these minimum requirements:
512 MB; 650 MHz Pentium 4 ( or equivalent) and 200 MB free disk space recommended (100 MB minimum)
