SYMPTOM(s):
OEA: unable to open message file error when "Run as GUI application" or "Run as TTY application" is selected from the OpenEdge Architect Editor.
msgOpen: unable to open message file: PROMSGS.
Error is generated when "Run as GUI application" or "Run as TTY application" is selected from the RUN drop down menu of the OpenEdge Architect Editor perspective.
The error is generated when the path of the OpenEdge Architect workspace contains one or more blank characters.
The error does not occur when the path of the OpenEdge Architect workspace does NOT contain blank characters.
