Excessive CPU consumption of WebSpeed caused by MS process csrss.exe
Windows program csrss.exe consuming 60% of the CPU

CAUSE:
Depending on the code this is caused by constant showing and hiding of the cursor in TTY clients (_progres.exe, which is also run by WebSpeed)
FIX:
Add the following setting in the [WinChar Startup] section of your ini file
or in the registry at [HKLM\SOFTWARE\PSC\PROGRESS\<version>\WinChar Startup]:
FastCursorMode=yes
