Modifying a SmartWindow in the OpenEdge Architect
A preprocessor statement is the last statement in the file followed immediately by an end-of-file. That is there is no space or new line character after the last statement.

FIX:
Upgrade to OpenEdge 10.1B or later. If upgrading to OpenEdge 10.1B or later is not feasible, then a workaround is to add a space and/or a new line characterto the preprocessor statement at the end of the file.
