How to install WebClient on Citrix?

FIX:
When installing a WebClient version of Progress / OpenEdge on Citrix; Terminal Services; and Metaframe systems any of these systems must be in change user mode to allow a new application to propagate the registry entries to all possible users of the Citrix system.
Prior to initiating the installation, login as an Administrator account and open a command prompt Window to issue the following command:
change user /install
After the installation has completed either use the prior command window if it was left open, or open a new command prompt window and issue the following command:
change user / execute
