FIX:
An alternative to defining an EXTERNAL method in a class to serve as the prototype for the EXTERNAL library, one can use the CALL object handle to make calls into external DLLs or UNIX Shared Libraries dynamically, with no prototype required. This feature was implemented in OpenEdge Release 10.2B.
