FIX:
1. Open the OpenEdge Editor perspective
2. Go to File->Import
3. Expand "General" node and select "Existing Projects into Workspace" and click Next.
4. Fill in the root directory of the project you want to import using the option "Select root directory:"
6. Check on "Copy projects into workspace" if applicable
7. Click Finish
