FACT(s) (Environment):
All Supported Operating Systems
Progress 9.x
OpenEdge 10.x
CHANGE:
Deleted shared memory and all associated processes for this database.
CAUSE:
The dbname.lk file remained in the database directory.
FIX:
1. Remove the dbname.lk file
2. Truncate the bi file.
3. Start the database
