Bug# OE00148895

CAUSE:

If the WebSpeed Messenger process is terminated at the time when the agent is sending the very last packet and/or terminate message, then the agent writes the messages (140), (6404) and (6397) in server log file.
The agent becomes available again, but upon receiving the next request, it immediately sends a terminate message to the Messenger without processing the request, resulting in Messenger returning a (6383) message to a user?s browser.

FIX:

Upgrade to OpenEdge 10.1C or later
