Cannot override port with NT and _prore

When running the Report Engine on NT 4.0, overriding the printer and
port works with _printrb/_prntrb2 but it does not work with _prore.
When running the _prntrb section, the report displays.
When running the _prore section, the following error occurs:
"Specified printer is not installed or specified port is not
available."
This was because the formats of the RB-PRINTER-NAME and
RB-PRINTER-PORTfields in the RBREPORT table were only 32 characters,
so the printer name was being truncated. They have been increased to
256 characters in the rbreport.df file. Existing RBREPORT tables will
have to be updated via the data dictionary.
This is fixed in v9.0.
