Error 13242 trying to start database after successful Probkup restore from a database that has Aiarchiver enabled
The after-image extent manager daemon cannot be started because after-imaging is not started for the database. (13242)
Aiarchiver still enabled after successful Probkup restore

CAUSE:
Bug# OE00156493
CAUSE:
AI Management Airchiver is not being disabled when after-imaging is disabled during prorest
FIX:
Upgrade to 10.1C or later.
As a workaround disable aiarchiver using:
rfutil dbname -C aiarchiver disable
and restart database
