Have ICU-UCA.df loaded collation into UTF-8 database
Enabling auditing with ICU-UCA collation causes index corruption

CAUSE:
Bug# OE00156247
CAUSE:
Auditing table indexes become corrupt when auditing is enabled while the database is using ICU-UCA
FIX:
Updgrade to OpenEdge 10.1B03 or 10.1C.
As a workaround, don't use the ICU-UCA collation.
