WebClient application assembler reports that file versions are different after original files have been copied to a different system
Non r-code files have new version number in WCV file
Files were copied from a different system
Computer version numbers are different across systems although the input files are the same
Time stamps of the files are different

CAUSE:
The copy operation caused the time stamp of the target copy to be different from the orginal copy.
For non r-code files, Application Assembler relies on time stamps to detect if files are different. This is the cause of the version mismatch.
FIX:
To ensure that the versions are the same, use a copy mechanism that preserves timestamps.
