Error writing msg, socket=1284 errno=10054 usernum=173 disconnected. (796)
An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.
Progress online backup is performed at the time the users are experiencing an unusual wait.
Users exited the application.
FACT(s) (Environment):
This was not an issue in the past while the online backup was being done.

CHANGE:
The Bi file experienced unusual growth over the last few days.
CAUSE:
Clients were forced to wait during the bi portion of the online probkup and decided to abnormally exit out of the application.
FIX:
Shutdown the database and truncate the bi file.
