HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\PSC\AdminService\10.1B\StartupCmd registry key edited to include -Xmx###m
CAUSE:
The AdminServerPlugins.properties also has -Xmx###m defined. The entry belongs in the jvmargs= section of the [PluginPolicy.Progress.AdminServer] section.
FIX:
Remove the -Xmx###m entry from the chimera value in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\PSC\AdminService\10.1B\StartupCmd
