Imported a .w created with the AppBuilder
CAUSE:
Customer changed the filter settings of the outline view to filter out 'Code Sections'. Turning on the check box for this filter causes the outline view to remove Triggers and Procedures from the outline view.
FIX:
Uncheck the 'Code Sections' filter from the outline view filter.
