Error occurred while accessing component property/method: OpenReport. Invalid TLV record Error code: 0x8002009 (5890)
CAUSE:
The exact cause is unknown at the time of this writing.
FIX:
Performing a full re-install of Crystal Reports adding all available Crystal hotfixes then re-registering crqe.dll (Crystal Install Directory) fixed the problem.
