INTRODUCTION:

You will get the following error while using "-rq" startup parameter
and not having a Query/RESULTS licence.
This client is not licensed to use the startup parameter -rq (4395)
WHY YOU NEED TO KNOW THIS:
=========================
Sites with development licences only would like to test their end-user
environment and they misunderstand the use of the startup parameter
"-rq".
Our documentation (System Admin Reference guide, Startup Parameters
chapter) states:
Use this parameter if you have more than one type of PROGRESS client
and want to limit access to only the Query client.
