WebSpeed code cannot access printers on Windows
SESSION:GET-PRINTERS returns no printer when run on the server side
Printers can be used successfully in the regular GUI client
AdminServer started with Local System Account
CAUSE:
The printer(s) are not visible to the Local System Account
FIX:
Change the user account used to start AdminServer
