SYMPTOM(s):
Procontrol fails to start DB.
Error 231 Communicating with ProService
DB is set to start automatically in ProControl.
CHANGE:
DB was migrated to a new server
CAUSE:
Procontrol DB entry used wrong -H value.
FIX:
1) Modify -H value to use the correct hostname.
2) Stop Proservice.
3) Restart Proservice.
