SYMPTOM(s):
Background color of some widgets is not set properly when INHERIT-BGCOLOR is set on frame
Trying to change the value of the widget attribute BGCOLOR
FACT(s) (Environment):
Attribute INHERIT-BGCOLOR is set for frame
Background color changes correctly for FILL-IN widgets
Background color does not change for COMBO-BOX, EDITOR and other widgets
Issue does not happen if INHERIT-BGCOLOR is not set or set to NO
Issue does not happen when using OpenEdge 10.0B, 10.1A or 10.1B with no service pack installed.

CAUSE:
Bug# OE00169633
FIX:
Upgrade to OpenEdge 10.1B or 10.1C and later.
If upgrade is not possible, as a workaround, change the design of the code to allow INHERIT-BGCOLOR to be set to NO.
