FIX:
1. Go to the [OpenEdge Management install directory]/config/fathom.properties file and turn off autostart by
setting autostart=false
This will prevent OpenEdge Management from starting entirely.
2. Execute this command to disable remote monitoring:
fmconfig -disable
You have to run it on both the OpenEdge Management and on the remote container machines
3. Restart the adminserver
proadsv -stop
proadsv -start
