Roundtable -Changing a Workspace Hook
In Roundtable, you might find that you may want to run a program or
do some automatic processing every time you change workspaces.
Rtb_event.p is a hook added to Roundtable prior to v8.3. It allows
you to add logic to be performed before changing to another
workspace, and when you change to another workspace. Other Hooks,
(check-in, check-out, assign, etc.) are in v8.3 and above.
