Sonic 7.5.1 is not certified on the Vista platform.
Upgrade to Sonic 7.5.2 or later.
Since the OpenEdge Adapter for SonicMQ embeds the 7.5.1 SonicMQ Client, manually configure to use the 7.5.2 MQ Client.
