RTB: Trailing slashes creates incorrect propath entries.
In V8.2C01, if you have trailing slashes, roundtable creates incorrect
propath entries when adding the second path to the task directory in
your propath.
EX.
c:\workspaces\develc:\workspaces\devel\apps
These need to be changed to
c:\workspaces\devel
c:\workspaces\devel\apps
This will be fixed in RTB v8.3.
