PROTERMCAP file was transferred from another server using FTP
CAUSE:
Corruption of the PROTERMCAP file. Wrong transfer method (ASCII) was used during FTP
FIX:
Use binary type FTP method to transfer PROTERMCAP from one machine to another and replace the damaged file.
