CAUSE:

Bug# OE00169171

FIX:

Upgrade to OpenEdge 10.1C02 or later
Upgrade to OpenEdge 10.2A or later

Workaround:

Append a backslash ("\") to the drive letter, thus referring to the root directory instead of the drive itself.
