FIX:
The Appbuilder program that does this is _usrinf2.p and is in the library prodict.pl. The source for this library is provided in the src directory of the Progress installation, so the program can be extracted from the library (with prolib) and used. It does take a RECID input parameter, but this isn't used in the program.
This code is provided for use by customers, but custom use of it is not supported by Progress Technical Support.
