EasyAsk Versions
SYMPTOM(s):
"You do not have permission to access Vocabulary" message on the EasyAsk server
EasyAsk dictionary does not have User Groups (see solution P123564 if using User Groups)
CAUSE:
EasyAsk.properties can prevent users from editing a dictionary. This is typically done on an ecommerce production server.
EasyAsk also allows a dictionary to have User Groups with specific permissions for individual groups or Users.
See Solution P123564 for this error message for dictionaries with User Groups.
FIX:
Set EasyAsk.properties as follows to allow access to Vocabulary and restart the server.
